Beech House, the MSP Business Centre building, was officially opened in 1990. Originally designed as nine individual but linked units, the space is very flexible and office units can largely be configured to an individual company’s requirements. Those currently occupied range in size from a 120 sq ft single room to a 1,425 sq ft four room unit.

The building has plastered and painted walls, suspended ceilings, recessed lighting and carpet tiled floors. Heating is provided by a radiator system and many areas also have comfort cooling. Units are available on easy in/easy out licences requiring only one month’s notice of intention to quit.
