Units can be designed to an individual business’s requirements for size and configuration.

Licences are drawn up on a simple agreement that enables either party to break the licence at any time by giving one month’s written notice.

Licence fees vary depending upon the size but are based upon £2.30 per sq ft of Net Lettable Area per month. Net Lettable Area excludes central areas such as entrances, stairways, toilets, kitchens, etc.
