The accommodation is carpeted throughout and has suspended ceilings containing recessed and surface mounted lighting.  Male and Female WC's and kitchens serve each unit and the space benefits from self contained entrances and double glazing allowing an excellent level of natural light.
The office/R&D accommodation is offered in any combination of areas to accommodate specific occupier floor space requirements. 

A five year full repairing and insuring lease is sought at a rent of approximately £15 per sq ft exclusive of VAT.  An estate charge of approximately 50p per sq ft is also recovered in respect of the maintenance of the Park.
